Academic excellence, emotional resilience, and physical wellbeing — our three pillars of student welfare wrap around your child from day one until graduation.
A student's academic performance is the foundation of their UK journey. Our academic welfare team works closely with schools, tutors, and students to ensure continuous progress, timely intervention, and exam readiness — all reported directly to parents in Nigeria.
Moving to a new country at a young age carries profound emotional challenges. Our licensed counsellors and peer support networks provide the mental and emotional safety net every Nigerian student needs to feel secure, understood, and confident.
Physical wellbeing underpins everything else. From GP registration to nutrition plans and safe housing, our physical welfare team ensures students are healthy, housed, and properly safeguarded — with 24/7 emergency response always available.
Our welfare ecosystem addresses every dimension of a Nigerian student's life in the UK.
CBT-trained counsellors, mindfulness workshops, and a 24/7 mental health helpline specifically for African students.
Bank account setup, budgeting workshops, scholarship advice, and monthly spending reviews tailored to student income.
British customs orientation, social etiquette workshops, and Nigerian community events to balance identity and adaptation.
Culturally appropriate meal planning, Nigerian grocery sourcing guides, and cooking workshops for independent students.
Vetted boarding houses, host family placements, and routine accommodation safety inspections every term.
Student visa renewals, Tier 4 compliance, and access to immigration lawyers for complex cases.
Nigerian student union connections, social events, extracurricular activity matching, and volunteering opportunities.
CV workshops, work experience placements, internship sourcing, and university application support from GCSE upwards.
Airport pickup, SIM card activation, bank account setup, school registration, and first-week orientation packages.
We meet students where they are — in person, online, and always available.
Our officers visit schools regularly, attend parent evenings, and work directly with pastoral teams on your child's behalf.
Every Growth and Premium student has a named welfare officer — a consistent face and voice they can trust and rely on.
Cultural integration workshops, study groups, mental health circles, and social activities — building community among Nigerian students.
Digital parent portal, WhatsApp updates, video counselling, and our 24/7 emergency hotline ensure we're always reachable.

AEGIS (Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students) is the UK's leading accreditation body for student guardianship providers. An AEGIS-accredited guardian is recognised by UK schools and the British Government as meeting the highest safeguarding and welfare standards. Without an AEGIS guardian, your child may not be accepted into many UK boarding schools.
Absolutely — in fact, we strongly recommend enrolling at least 8 weeks before arrival. This gives us time to complete your child's profile, assign a dedicated welfare officer (Growth/Premium), arrange airport pickup, and pre-register with the school. Early enrolment also secures your choice of package and ensures a seamless first-week experience.
We provide multiple communication channels: monthly (or weekly on Premium) written welfare reports, a WhatsApp parent group for your child's officer, scheduled video calls each term, and our parent portal (Premium) for real-time updates. All communications are in clear English and can be supplemented in Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa on request.
Our 24/7 emergency line is answered by trained welfare officers, never an answering machine. In a medical emergency, we will: respond within 2 hours, accompany your child to hospital, liaise with medical staff, notify you immediately, and handle all documentation. We also maintain a copy of your child's medical records and GP details at all times.
Yes — holiday cover is included in Growth and Premium packages. We arrange approved host family placements during half-term and Christmas/Easter breaks for students who cannot travel home. All host families are DBS-checked, AEGIS-approved, and selected for cultural sensitivity. Activities, meals, and transport are fully managed.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The difference in fees is pro-rated from the date of upgrade. Many families start with Starter and move to Growth after seeing the results. Contact our team and we'll arrange an upgrade consultation within 24 hours. Downgrades are possible at term boundaries only.
